Mondays 5pm, Tuesdays 5pm, Wednesdays 5pm, Fridays 5pm,

Sundays 11am, during school Term

Where: Sydney Academy of Sport – Narrabeen

Join the squad  and I’ll use my knowledge and experience of the French pole vault school to assist.

.

BEGINNER: we start from scratch with basic skills in the sandpit and learn how to use a pole.

INTERMEDIATE: learn to use the pole in the pole vault pit and the technique to perform a full articulate jump.

ADVANCED: work on detailed technique to improve performance.
